Hi there, my name is Cassie Rigdon! I received both my Bachelors and Master's degree in Social Work from MSU-Mankato (Go Mavs!). I have obtained my LGSW (Licensed Graduate Social Worker) and am actively pursuing my LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker). My work experience has mostly been in the inpatient setting working with a variety of clients from teenage males (along with their families) with an emotional disturbance and sexual misconduct behaviors in a residential treatment setting to civilly committed adults with severe co-occurring disorders. During therapy, I strive to create a welcoming environment while maintaining a personable, empathetic, honest, humorous, and supportive attitude. I utilize a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and client-led approach.

In my free time, I enjoy hunting and fishing, hanging out with my black lab Macy, exploring nature, yoga, watching Minnesota sports teams (Skol!), listening to music, and spending time with my loved ones. I look forward to meeting you and being a part of your journey, see you soon!
