Christine (Crissy) Jeske
MS, LMFT

Hi! My name is Christine (Crissy) Jeske. I have been working with Journeys Toward Healing Counseling Center since November of 2021. I have a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and Clinical Mental Health Counseling through South Dakota State University and am a current Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Minnesota. I have also completed trainings in Experiential Play Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, DC 0-5 (which allows me to work with children under 6 years of age), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families with all kind of presenting concerns. I would describe my approach to therapy as client-centered, strengths-based, and creative. I believe that every individual and family is unique and so my approach to helping them ought to be as well. When I’m not at work, I am likely spending my time with family or friends or participating in various hobbies, including: reading, baking, music, crafts, and/or photography.
