Hello, my name is Steve Larson. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with nearly 25 years of experience in the behavioral health field. I earned my undergraduate degree from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and my Master’s in Social Work degree from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. I am board-approved to provide supervision to unlicensed LPCC and LGSW clinicians.
I work with individuals ages 14 and up, couples, and families. I am trained in Brain Spotting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Bowenian Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.
Over the past 25 years I have gained extensive experience working with individuals impacted by many complex issues including parenting and attachment issues, personality disorders, and trauma across the lifespan including victims and perpetrators of sexual violence. I also have received specialized training in working with individuals on the Autism Spectrum.
